I had a septal deformity and enlarged turbinates.
After years of not sleeping well and waking myself and Kristin several times a night from snoring, I decided to visit a head and neck surgical doctor (similar to an ENT doc). After my visit, Dr. Clark was able to diagnose my little problem as such:
Septal Deformity - a.k.a. Deviated Septum
Turbinate Enlargement
To fix these problems, he recommended the following procedures, which I just had performed on me yesterday:
Septoplasy
Turbinate Reduction via Coblation
In this Topic Today, I'd like to share some information I was able to find on WebMD about these causes of nasal obstruction.
